Joshua Matthew Sills is the offensive guard of the Philadelphia Eagles team in the NFL. Born on the 26th of January, 1998. Sills lived living in Sarahsville, Ohio. Sills graduated from West Virginia University, United States. He began playing football at age nine when he was enrolled at Meadowbrook High School.

The arrest of Sills:

The 1st day of February 2023 was the day that those charges against Sills were formally pleaded. According to reports, Dave Yost, the Ohio Attorney General, issued an announcement on the 1st of February, 2023 concerning the court summons issued to Sills as well as the allegations against Sills. Sills has been scheduled for a court appearance before the courthouse in Cambridge, Ohio, on the 16th of February, 2023.

The incident of physical assault occurred around 00:02:00 am on December 5, 2019. Sills was 21 years old, 10 months and 10 days old. The victim victime of the assault had 21 years old. The victims were friends with Sills for eight years , as they went to the at the same high school.

Eagles Lineman Indicted :

According to sources online, Sills is charged with one count of kidnapping, and one count of first-degree violent assault without consent. But, Sills is not arrested. If Sills doesn’t comply with the summons (or) fails to appear at court, the court may issue an arrest warrant.

The physical part

Sills provided both the lady and her friend the opportunity to return in his pickup truck from a local café. Once they reached her cousin’s house the cousin went inside the home. According to sources, when the woman was taking her car out and was grabbing her by the neck and dragged her into the truck, which could be a sign of kidnapping and a powerful reason against Eagles Lineman arrested.

Sills forced the woman on the back of the pickup truck. The woman repeatedly demanded Sills to stop. However, Sills forcefully detained her in the vehicle and then began attacking her.

After the action was complete The woman then was then asked by Sills whether she was able to leave. Sills replied by asking the woman if she wanted to be able to talk to him once more. The woman left the vehicle and went into her cousin’s home, and Sills went away in a sense that he was assaulting her physically and another motive in the case of Eagles Lineman to be arrested.

Initial investigation:

It was reported to Guernsey County Sheriff’s office immediately. Police took photos of injuries to the woman’s left knee and right ear along with her lower back. In addition, they found bleeding injuries on the rear of her throat and inside her lips.
