The larger the counter parts are, the more you’re able to LEGALLY use of Delta 9, because it stays within the 0.3 percent. It’s a gray area as you see, but it is completely legal and within the boundaries of the Farm Bill.
This does also mean that this kind of Delta 9 THC is being produced from hemp and NOT the cannabis plant, which is something very important that I feel needs to be pointed out. That’s why this is able to be legally produced. If it were from cannabis then it would NOT be legal. That’s just how it goes. We are talking about hemp sourced Delta 9 THC here.

With all of this being said, you might be wondering just where this can even be found at. It all seems a little far fetched, and it’s probably hard to get your hands on this legal Delta 9, right? Wrong! Actually, it’s easier to find than you would think.
