An enormous sum of money was misplaced in the bank accounts of a Baton Rouge family, causing them shock.
Darren James claimed that his wife called him frantic and told him to take a seat. Then, she showed him that $50 billion had been deposited into their account.
James said, “It was insane just to see what it lookslike because I’ve never seen that many zeros.”
He noticed the money and called his bank to inquire about how it got there.
“I didn’t intend to keep it. What was even more confusing was that we don’t know where it came. James said that he doesn’t know anyone with this amount of money.
The bank immediately reversed the error, even though he didn’t know why.
“A hold was placed on it. It arrived Saturday morning to deposit money for our daughter. James said that it was there on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
To remember the error, the family took screenshots from the account.
Their billionaire status was lost in a matter of days. James stated that if their billionaire dreams ever come true, he will make a difference by helping others.
James said, “There is enough greatness in the world that we can all live a life we never imagined was possible. So if I had $50 billion, I would bless other people.”
