What is a Polytechnic Course?

Polytechnic is a diploma course that offers specializations in different technical streams like mechanical, electrical, chemical, Automobile, etc. It is a vocational course in which institutions primarily focus on delivering practical education in many technical fields.  

Generally, the polytechnic is a three-year diploma program in which students deep dive into the core engineering of the course. After successfully completing the diploma program, students will be awarded a certificate.

Eligibility Criteria for Polytechnic Courses

Candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria to get admission into polytechnic programs.

1. The candidate should have passed class 10th or 12th.

2. The candidate must have scored 40% in the qualifying examination.

3. The candidate must be a citizen of India.

4. The candidate should have compulsory subjects like maths, science, and English to apply for the diploma program.

Admission Process for Polytechnic Courses

2. Students must fill in all the relevant details regarding name, birth, academic qualification, signature, sign, etc.
