HONOR officially released the HONOR Magic 3 series as planned. These new devices are the company’s first flagship smartphone lineup after being sold by HUAWEI Let’s take a look at what these HUAWEI Mate 40 series look-alike phones offer.
Release of HONOR Magic3, Magic3 Pro, Magic3 Pro +: Specifications, price, stock status
Their design is similar to that of the HUAWEI Mate 40 series with a circular camera ring. In fact, HONOR Magic3 Pro + reminds me of the PORSCHE DESIGN HUAWEI Mate 40RS.
The vanilla model is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB / 256GB of storage. The two Pro models, on the other hand, feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ chipset, combined with 8GB / 12GB of RAM and 128GB / 256GB / 512GB of storage.
The standard HONOR Magic 3 has 4 colors (Golden Hour, Blue Hour, Black, White), the Pro has 3 colors (Golden Hour, Black, White), and the Pro Plus has 2 color options (White, Black). There is only. The color with “Hour” in the name has a leather finish, but the back of the Pro Plus is ceramic and the rest of the color is in the back of the glass.
These phones run Magic UI 5.0 based on Android 11. In the global market, GMS (Google Mobile Services) is included. Therefore, buyers do not have to worry about the availability of apps and services.
Speaking of cameras, all three phones have a 13MP front camera. In addition, Pro and Pro Plus also come with a 3D camera for facial recognition systems.

Apart from the above cameras, the Pro model also features an 8×8 of the laser focusing system, a multispectral color temperature sensor, and a flicker sensor.
All three mobile phones are the world’s first IMAX Enhanced certified smartphones. In addition to supporting LOG recording, it also supports eight professional 3D LUT color grading profiles.
On the connection side, the device comes with dual SIM, 5G, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and USB Type-C ports (USB 3.1 Gen1, DP1.2). The handset also has software features such as OS Turbo X, GPU Turbo X, and Link Turbo X.
