Once you have decided to pre-order the product, you need to decide what type of pre-order you are doing. There are four types of pre-orders: instant download, limited edition, collector’s edition, and steel book editions. Instant downloads include items available immediately after ordering and do not require any waiting time. Limited edition versions of products usually come with unique features such as Collector’s Edition content which includes an exclusive item or bonus content, and Steelbook editions, which include a hardcover art book and Blu-ray Disc. 

Collector’s Edition products are usually more expensive than other variations but offer higher quality items. Order Placement

The timeline typically determines the order in which an event takes place. This timeline can be found on your character sheet and dictates where your character’s actions will take place in the order of play.

There are four phases to every turn of events: Preparation, Action, Response, and Resolve. Each step has rules that must be followed for the turn to progress.

  • Preparation Phase: In the Preparation Phase, players do anything they need to read their characters for the next phase. This includes activating abilities, moving around the battlefield, and drawing or playing cards.
  • Action Phase: Players take their characters’ allotted action(s) in the Action Phase. Each activity can have multiple associated steps- such as attacking an opponent or casting a spell. After taking action, players resolve any results from those actions (such as damage or cards drawn).
  • Response Phase: In the Response Phase, players respond to whatever happens in the Action Phase- defending themselves or attacking an opponent. Players may also use responses during other phases if they so choose. Once all player responses have been taken, resolve any triggered abilities before moving on to the Resolution Phase.
  • Resolve Phase: In the Resolution Phase, players resolve all results from their previous actions- both positive and negative- until no more results are possible or time runs out. Characters who died during this phase

The Aftermath Phase: This is the fourth and final phase of an item’s turn, and it deals with any aftermath effects that occurred as a result of its abilities resolving.

1. Preparation Phase: This phase is used for the player to choose what action to take with their item. 

2. Activation Phase: This phase is when the item does its thing. 

3. Resolution Phase: This phase determines how the action taken in the Activation Phase affects the game state. 

4. Post-Resolution Phase: This phase determines any possible consequences of the Activation or Resolution Phases.

Resolution of Complaint

As soon as your item is activated, the game will take it through its various stages. 

The first stage is called the Activation Phase, in which the item’s stats are determined, and any effects it has are put into place.

The second phase is called the In-Battle Phase, in which you and your enemies face off against each other. 

During this phase, your item will perform its abilities based on what skills are equipped for it. 

The third phase is the Aftermath Phase, which determines how the battle ends and what items and rewards are given. 

The fourth and final phase is the Resolution Phase, where any penalties or rewards given during the Aftermath Phase are resolved.


Delivery is a critical step in the product life cycle. It can determine whether or not a customer will return a product, as well as whether they will purchase additional products from the same brand. There are three main phases of your item’s delivery: Pre-Shipment, Shipment, and Post-Shipment. Each step has different responsibilities and requirements that must be followed to ensure a smooth transaction for both you and your customers.


This phase is responsible for preparing your items for shipping. This includes quality control checks, packing materials, and shipment information.


This is the phase where your items are shipped out to your customers. This includes tracking information, managing inventory levels, and communicating with customers about their order status. 


This is the final stage of your product’s delivery process. It includes unloading the items from the truck, receiving customer feedback, and resolving any issues that may have arisen during shipping.

Receiving your order

The first phase is when our system receives and records your order. This can take a few minutes, but once it’s processed, we’ll send you an email to let you know. 

The second phase is when the items in your order are shipped. This process can take up to several days, but we’ll send you another email with tracking information and a delivery time estimate once it’s complete. 

The final phase is when the items arrive at your door – this can take up to several weeks, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way!

The post-order phase

After your item has been activated, it will go through the following four phases: pre-order, post-order, in-game, and after-game.

The pre-order phase is when players can place orders for the item. This phase lasts for two weeks and ends on the day of release.

The post-order phase is when the main bulk of order processing happens. Players can still place orders during this phase but they will not be filled until after the post-order stage has ended. Orders placed during the post-order phase will be served before the game’s release.

The in-game phase is when players can start playing with their new items. During this phase, only a limited number of items from each category will be available in the game, and these numbers will grow as the in-game phase progresses. This stage lasts for two weeks and ends on the day of release.

The after-game phase is where players can continue to explore the world and find new items even after release day. This stage lasts for one week and ends on the day of the update.
