Wesley Blake And Steve Culter Return To WWE Programming On Friday Night Smackdown

During the Friday Night SmackDown broadcasts on FOX, superstars Wesley Blake and Steve Culter returned to WWE programming after more than half a year absent.

After suffering a loss to Murphy last week, King Corbin reappeared to face the “Disciple” once more. Corbin did not find himself alone to face the Mysterio family, since Wesley Blake and Steve Culter also entered, hooded as if they were two bodyguards.

The match became much more difficult for Murphy, who began to be outmatched several times by his rival. When the fighter managed to gain some advantage, the formerly known as The Forgotten Sons hastily attacked Rey Mysterio and Dominik. Murphy was distracted by this situation and allowed Corbin to apply the End of Days on him for the count of three. The trio celebrated on the ramp as the Mysterios tried to get up from the attack.

Jaxson Ryker remains absent from the cameras after his racial scandal

This event marks the return of two-thirds of The Forgotten Sons since the team’s sudden absence in May 2020. The trio had a rivalry for the SmackDown Tag Team Championships planned. However, a series of racist comments in favor of Donald Trump by Jaxson Ryker changed all plans. The team was forced to leave the screens because of Ryker, and everything indicates that the company would have chosen to separate it from its colleagues and start from scratch with them.
