When logistics defined the art of production

Lubinski Group’s Dubai retreat balanced movement, momentum, and quiet mastery
Corporate Events Review
Over the course of a week in February 2023, more than 500 Lubinski Group employees traveled to Dubai for a corporate retreat designed to offer connection, reflection, and shared experiences across two immersive production waves. On the surface, it was a seamless week of guided city tours, cultural excursions, and desert adventures. Behind the scenes, it was a different kind of performance—one powered by the sharp coordination and executive vision of Maya Bello, who served as Lead Producer for the entire event.
Her work didn’t just support the experience—it structured it. Held across multiple sites in and around Dubai, the retreat required highly coordinated transportation flows and real-time decision-making across shifting activity zones. Maya Bello was also responsible for every aspect of ground transportation, a critical infrastructure without which none of the event’s other elements could have taken place.
From airport arrivals to late-night desert returns, from shuttles to city landmarks to optional final-day tours, Bello designed and executed the full logistics architecture for the event’s 500+ participants. She managed multi-vendor operations, adjusted to unforeseen challenges in real time, and ensured timing protocols were met without friction.
Her role was foundational—and yet, understated. The experience unfolded around her with elegance and minimal visible effort. But for those close to the production, it was clear: this retreat was a demonstration of logistics as quiet leadership.
Maya Bello is the most important executive producer of live event production in Israel. She has built a career on orchestrating high-level productions under pressure, including state ceremonies, national broadcasts, and government-led initiatives, and events for top tech companies—some of which have featured the President and Prime Minister of Israel.
She is celebrated as the most in-demand producer of her kind and has garnered significant national recognition for her sustained contributions to Israel’s cultural, civic, and memorial life. From national remembrance events at Mount Herzl to large-scale media conferences and commemorative concerts, her name has become synonymous with precision, trust, and excellence.

At the Lubinski event, that mastery was apparent. The retreat featured a wide range of immersive experiences, including a guided city tour that took participants to iconic landmarks such as The Dubai Frame, Palm Jumeirah, and the Burj Khalifa. Attendees also engaged in an interactive team-building challenge powered by QR-coded missions, fostering creativity and collaboration. One evening was spent exploring Global Village, Dubai’s vibrant cultural and entertainment complex. Participants were offered personalized activity tracks—ranging from visits to the Miracle Garden and traditional markets to time at local malls or simply relaxing at the hotel. The experience culminated in a desert safari adventure, followed by a festive Bedouin-style dinner under the stars, complete with live performances in a desert camp setting. Participants moved fluidly between these activities thanks to the invisible scaffolding Bello created—one that anticipated needs and kept each moment grounded in operational clarity.
Her extensive accomplishments have positioned her as a recognized leader in the international production field. She has consistently demonstrated the ability to scale her leadership across national and international contexts, adapting to different environments while maintaining the same high standard of quality and control.
A highlight reel of the Lubinski retreat was published on the company’s official YouTube channel, with additional coverage shared via social platforms and event planning portfolios. The footage shows guests smiling through bustling itineraries, unaware of the complex orchestration guiding each transition.
That’s how great production often works: it doesn’t call attention to itself. But those who know, know. And in the case of Maya Bello, it is becoming increasingly clear—this level of operational command isn’t just rare. It’s foundational to what makes such important events succeed.
