Hailing from Innichen, a quaint town in South Tyrol, Italy, Jannik Sinner was born on August 16, 2001, to parents Johann and Siglinde Sinner. At just three years old, this future tennis prodigy began experimenting with both skiing and tennis – even becoming national skiing champion by eight! However, tennis eventually overtook his love of skiing; by thirteen he decided to focus solely on that discipline.
