The Amazon Prime Video released first-hand exclusive images of the third season of Amazon Original series ” American Gods “, as part of the panel Neil Gaiman in CCXP Worlds – now available to watch on the official site CCXP. An unpublished trailer and poster were also released. The new season of ” American Gods ” will debut globally on Amazon Prime Video, except in the United States, on January 11, 2021.
American Gods are about an epic story of an inevitable war between the old gods of mythology and the new gods of modern technology. Ricky Whittle stars as ex-convict Shadow Moon, a man in the service of the mysterious Mr. Wednesday, played by Ian McShane, who discovers that in addition to his boss being the all-powerful supreme God, Odin’s father, he is also Shadow’s father. In the third season, Shadow turns away from this apparent destination and settles in the idyllic town of Lakeside, Wisconsin, to make his own way, guided by the gods of his black ancestors, the Orixás. However, he will soon discover that the tranquil waters of this city are deep, dark, and bloody and that refusing to be a god is not an option. So the only possible choice to make is to decide what kind of god you want to be.
The cast also includes Crispin Glover as Mr. World, Demon Barnes as Mr. Ibis, Devery Jacobs as Sam Black Crow, Blythe Danner as Demeter, Marilyn Manson as Johan Wengren, Julia Sweeney as Heinzelman, Iwan Rheon as Liam Doyle, Danny Trejo as Mr. World, Peter Stormare as Czernobog, Denis O’Hare as Tyr, Lela Loren as Marguerite, Dominique Jackson as Ms. World, Wale as Chango, Herizen Guardiola as Oshun, and Eric Johnson like Chad Mulligan.
