How Can HFCIC Help Chronically Ill Children

The revelation that your child has a chronic ailment is very shocking. Fortunately, there are therapies for all types and levels of sickness. However, these therapies are rather expensive, and not everyone can afford them. Parents are concerned about finances, which seems reasonable given that they want to do all possible to keep their child healthy.

HFCIC can assist you at such difficult moments. HFCIC is a non-profit organization that works for and with these particular children who have chronic illnesses. Cynthia Lourde, who is based in San Francisco, seeks to give free therapy as well as medical equipment.

About HFCIC

HFCIC is on a mission to help exceptional children and has the following missions:

  • Provide donated medical supplies and equipment to families that do not have insurance or have limited insurance coverage.
  • Provide low-cost ABA therapy through volunteer and professional therapists for special needs children who cannot afford pricey therapies due to a lack of insurance or restricted coverage.
  • Educate families on the various resources available for their child, connect them with agencies such as San Andreas Regional Center SARC, In-Home Supportive Services IHSS, Nursing agencies, and guide them through the paperwork of enrolling in Respite care, Nursing care, and protective supervisions.
  • Represent families at special education IEP (Individualized Education Plan) sessions.

Furthermore, Cynthia understands the difficult times that the family and person must through in order to live in such a situation. She founded the Individualized Education Program to teach others about the need of caring for special needs people. Children with chronic illnesses or conditions may feel “different,” socially isolated, and limited in their activities. They may have academic issues and feel overprotected. They may have recurring bouts of terror and agony. When these emotional issues are not addressed, they might lead to worry, melancholy, withdrawal, rebellion, or a loss of interest in education.

Expanding Services

Cynthia is not only benefitting as a philanthropist but also as a successful Director in an IT industry. This has led her to expand her services digitally. Any successful organization is the one that is present on digital platforms also because to can boost their reach to the peak. Cynthia has reached out a lot of people through shows, activism, and seminars. She is now focused to gain more interest through social media and other platforms by producing films and videos focused on Autism, other special children needs and social issues

This amazing person is truly dedicated to the environment and special children. She has never accepted any type of funding from anyone, and her group is entirely self-sufficient. She supports everything, from shipments to volunteering, which is outstanding. She hopes to expand her work in Africa and India to serve as many people as possible.

Cynthia has shown to be an exceptional person who prioritizes society and humanity. Such people are the sole reason that there is a ray of hope in the world, and their effort benefits everyone.
