2. Your Flight Experiences Delays

You arrive at the airport with time to spare and you find out it’s delayed. That’s a bummer.

You’re one of many passengers in the same boat. Everyone requires a solution. While you wait to speak with the airline staff, figure out Plan B and C. 

  • Can you delay your trip one day?

Some business trips take place on the hotel premises. Others require professionals to find their way from their hotel to the meeting location.

If you get sick during business travel, seek medical attention promptly. Find an urgent care location and request a check-up. Hopefully, over-the-counter medication will suffice.

Society has changed, but not completely. In business, it’s still important to remain professional and courteous. Executives expect a high degree of decorum. 

If you commit a social blunder in front of colleagues, apologize. Avoid dwelling on it; it helps people move on. In addition, keep your social media presence professional.
