English singer-songwriter and television presenter, Olly Murs, has tied the knot with his bodybuilding bride, Amelia Tank, in an extravagant, festival-themed wedding ceremony on Essex’s Osea Island. The joyous event, which took place on Sunday, was attended by a host of celebrity friends, who arrived in style in a convoy of coaches.

The heartthrob met the accomplished bodybuilder on Instagram in 2019 and soon started dating. The couple made their relationship public in 2020 and got engaged a year later.

Who is Olly Murs?

Oliver Stanley Murs (born 14 May 1984) is an English singer-songwriter and television presenter, best known as an initial contestant of “The X Factor” season six in 2009. Though not successful with winning this competition, Murs was nonetheless offered record contracts by both RCA Records (RCA/Sony Music in UK) as well as Columbia Records in America; thus leading him to release his self-titled first album Olly Murs in 2010 which features hit singles like “Please Don’t Let Me Go” and “Thinking of Me”.

Since then, he has released several successful albums: “In Case You Didn’t Know”, “Right Place Right Time”, “Never Been Better”, 24 Hrs” and “You Know I Know.” His seventh album, “Marry Me,” was released in 2022, after parting ways with RCA Records.

Murs has also been a prominent figure in television, co-presenting “The Xtra Factor” in 2011, “The X Factor” in 2015, and coaching on “The Voice UK” from 2018. In 2022, he began presenting “Starstruck” on ITV.

Meet Amelia Tank – The Bodybuilder Bride

Amelia Tank is a Plymouth-born bodybuilder and model who has gained recognition in the fitness industry as a weight trainer and fitness model. Tank, who celebrates her birthday in March, has won several prestigious competitions, including the Bikini Babe Tall Class at the Pure Elite competition and the Bikini Tall and Miss Model Category at the Miami Pro World Championships.

Along with her fitness pursuits, Tank is also a Communications Manager at Lloyds Bank, based at its Liverpool Street office in London. She first gained public attention due to her relationship with Murs.
