‘Locke & Key’ Will Have Season 3: Netflix Renews The Adaptation Of The Comic Of Joe Hill Before The Return Of The Series

Netflix has renewed ‘ Locke & Key ‘ for its third season. This has been announced by the platform through its social networks, with a collage with the cast of the series. The news also comes with the confirmation that season 2, still without a release date, will arrive in 2021.

We find, therefore, an early renewal of the fantasy drama, based on the comics written by Joe Hill and drawn by Gabriel Rodríguez. Something, from what we see, is becoming more and more common due, among other things, to the greater planning that these productions require at a time like the one we are living through

On the other hand, it is a strange renewal due to the warm reception that the first season of the series received, which did not convince either fans or newcomers. This tells me that he must have been quite convinced by what is in store for season 2, with the continuation of the mysteries that Locke and the keys live.

Carlton Cuse leads the series as showrunner alongside Mederith Averill and Aron Eile Coleite. The cast is made up of Darby Stanchfield, Connor Jessup, Emilia Jones, Jackson Robert Scott, Layla De Oliveira, Petrice Jones, and Griffin Gluck, among others.
