Soter Vineyards
Willamette Valley’s Yamhill-Carlton American Viticultural Area (AVA) is home to the family-run winery known as Soter Vineyards. The sparkling wines, Pinot Noir, and a NEW Rose, that Soter Vineyards produce are of the highest quality. The tasting room seems quaint and warm, and the vineyards are stunning. The regular sampling fee is a fair $10 per person, and you can make a reservation on their website via Tock. In addition, they provide what is known as Natural Springs Provisions Tasting, a form of gastronomic instruction highlighting their organic farm and winery.
Because of this, the paring combinations will change every week depending on what is currently being farmed on their farm, which is where all of the ingredients come from. It was a wonderful adventure, and I cannot say enough good things about it. If you are a member of the winery and reside in the area, you can take advantage of a complimentary private tasting offered only to members of the winery; the minimum number of guests required is four.
Rex Hill Winery
Willamette Valley AVA is home to the winery known as Rex Hill, which is owned and operated by a local family. The winery opened its doors in 1988 and has since become known for its exceptional Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Grapes for Rex Hill wines come from vineyards that practice environmentally responsible agriculture and the winemaking process adheres to time-honored practices.
In the Willamette Valley, one of the wineries with the best standing is Rex Hill, which also happens to be the oldest. They provide a variety of sampling experiences in a comfortable setting in the heart of downtown Newberg. Adelsheim Winery
The Adelsheim Winery was established in 1971, making it one of the earliest and best vineyards in Willamette Valley. The winery is known for its Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, but it also produces wines of other varietals, including Riesling, Gamay Noir, and Pinot Gris. King Estates Winery is a winery established in 1991 and owned and operated by a family. They have a large collection of wines, but their expertise lies in Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and other wine varieties, including Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Gewurztraminer. They also have a vast library. Because they are among the biggest wineries in Oregon, they have a wide selection of wines for tasting. The tasting room is spacious, and a great deal of natural light is coming in. Outside the patio, there is a magnificent view of the vineyards. In addition, they have a restaurant with full service, which requires you to make a lunch reservation.
Domaine Drouhin Winery
The Dundee Hills American Viticultural Area is home to the Domaine Drouhin winery, which a family runs. The Drouhin family has been producing wine in Burgundy, France, for more than five generations. In 1987, after moving to Oregon, they established their winery in the Willamette Valley of that state. They specialize in producing Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs that have won awards. Argyle Winery
Riesling, located in Dundee Hills AVA and having opened in 1987, Argyle Winery is most renowned for its sparkling wines in the Oregon wine tours. It also produces Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Rose. Argyle’s gorgeous indoor/outdoor tasting room is often buzzing with activity. Go to Argyle if you like sparkling wines. The personnel at the tasting room are quite helpful, and there is a broad selection of sparkling wines from which to choose.

They have over 200 acres of vineyards, and their headquarters are in Turner, Oregon.
