After it became known recently that Haikyuu !! Season 4 would be delayed, fans now wondering when a fifth season would arrive on Netflix.
Haikyuu !! is an extremely popular anime series produced by Japanese animation studio Production I.G.
The adaptation is based on the shonen manga series that centers on a high school volleyball player named Shoyo Hinata.
The first three seasons of Haikyuu !! released in 2014, 2015 and 2016 respectively. However, season 4 was a split production, with the first set of episodes released in early 2020.
Recently, it was announced that the second part of Haikyuu !! season 4 will be delayed. Now, fans are concerned that Season 5 won’t release for over a year.
Haikyuu Season 5: Renewal Status
Fans of the show will be relieved to hear that Haikyuu season 5 !! has been confirmed.
However, Netflix UK / US viewers may have to wait a bit longer to see season five, and seasons 3 and 4 have yet to be released on the platform.
There is no season information for these last two Haikyuu seasons !! It’s coming to Netflix UK / US Hopefully the third installment will be released in the coming months.
Haikyuu Season 5: Release Date
At the time of writing, there is no information on when Haikyuu season 5 will be !! It will be performed.
However, it was recently announced that the second part of season 4, which will initially be released in July 2020, is being delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Fans are predicting that if the second part of season 4 can be released by October 2020, we can look forward to season 5 this time around next year.
For Netflix viewers, don’t expect to watch Season 5 until late 2021, although all dates could change in the coming months.
