Stranger Things

Everyone is talking about the new Stranger Things season and for a good reason. Part 1 of the series was released on the 27th of May, 2022, leaving us all on the edge of our seats! But don’t worry, you won’t have to wait long for part 2 of series 4, as it will be released on the 1st of July. Unlike part 1 of series 4, however, part 2 will be in the form of two long episodes, one of which is rumoured to be two and a half hours long! This new, exciting sci-fi is a bit of a different performance from Chris Hemsworth. We are accustomed to seeing the star play as the lovable superhero Thor, but you will also love him as Steve Abnesti. The story is inspired by George Saunders’s book, Escape from Spiderhead, and tells the story of a high-security facility which studies and tests psychedelic drugs on the “inmates”. We won’t tell you more, but this is sure to grab your attention and be a must-watch this summer! 


This documentary follows the life of singer, dancer, and actress JLo as she prepares for the Superbowl Halftime show in 2020. Jennifer Lopez (JLo) tells her side of the story and shows the ‘behind the scenes’ of her life during one of the most renowned performances of her lifetime. Easy to watch and interesting, the documentary looks at her life until now and discusses what will come next for the superstar. 

Peaky Blinders

Peaky Blinders season 6 returned for the final season on June 10th. The Gray Man 

This film will stream from July 22nd but is said to be the most expensive Netflix movie ever made, and we are excited to watch it! The film stars Ryan Gosling and Chris Evans, who play a freelance assassin and CIA agent on a mission to destroy each other. It is based on the thriller novel Gray Man, written by Mark Greavey and is set to be the ultimate action-thriller for this summer.
