The second season of “ Virgin River ” (“A place to dream”, in Spanish), the Netflix series based on the homonymous novels by Robyn Carr, was just released on Friday, November 27, 2020 but fiction fans already they ask for a third installment.
In the new episodes, Mel and Jack will try to stay apart, due to Charmaine’s pregnancy. But even though he’s trying to start a family with his previous partner, he’s still in love with Melina, so drama is definitely part of this season.

“Virgin River”, Will Have Season 3 On Netflix?
So far Netflix has not made any announcement about the future of the series, but apparently in the last chapter of the second season, the story of Mel and Jack is not over yet, so a third installment is almost certain.
According to ‘ What’s on Netflix ‘, the new batch of ” Virgin River ” episodes is not only in development but was scheduled to go into production from August 2020 to December this year.
Proof of this is that the protagonists of the Netflix series published a clip to tell that the new season would be “launched in 7 days”. If the video was actually shot seven days before, they were still on the set. But this is only speculation.
For now, it only remains to wait for the response from the streaming giant, which usually takes at least six weeks to evaluate the reaction of the audience and although it does not share these figures, they can contribute to the renewal or cancellation of a series.
